Calibration Process will start after getting the proposal confirmation from you by a fax or an e-mail.
We request you to send the user manual, the technical datasheet(or specifications handbook) , the calibration certification and all the hardwares of the device with the main device.
If special measurement points are required, we kindly require to provide this information before the proposal confirmation.
The device must be sent carefully packed and shipped by cargo or hand delivered.
The package should have a label “for Calibration Laboratory” on it.
Our company will never not be responsible for the damages by the cargo company. The shipping fee belongs to the customer.
In case the calibration service is required on site, an operator from the company will be responsible to disassembly and installation of the device. Otherwise Netes will not be responsible the installation and disassembly related issues. If the problem occured by wrong usage of device by the company operator, the customer will be responsible for the damages of Netes’s referance devices.
On site calibration date, the mutual agreement is necessary and the proposal covers the accomodation and the travel costs. If the customer extends the scheduled time (failure, repair, maintenance, manufacturing) or reduces the number of the calibration devices without confirmed with Netes, % 40 of the uncalibrated devices proposal total will be charged to the customer.
Calibration of the device does not cover the adjustment or repair processes of the device.
At the end of calibration process, the customer will accept the delivery of the view and the functionality of the device same as the beginning of the calibration process.
Responsibility of performed calibration results are guaranteed by the Professional Responsibility Insurance.
The appropriate, sufficient and descriptive informations will be used for the calibration operation which has the national, international, local standards or other accepted methods .
Netes Calibration Laboratory accreditation scope, which has announced at http://www.turkak.org.tr/pdf/AB0039K.pdf address will be used in Netes Calibration Laboratories.
After completed calibration process, the invoice information will be given to the customer.
The place of settlement of disputes that may occur is Kadikoy Courts and Execution Offices.
